Refund Policy

At A Twist Of Class LLC, we stand behind our products with a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please note that custom made nails are final sale and cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. You'll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email us at jai@atwistofclass.com, and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Returns must be sent to our Michigan address, and items received without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once we inspect your return, approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items qualify for exchanges only. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
