Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 bds. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare, package, and ensure the quality of your items before shipment. Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
